So there are no surprises, here's what this service does not cover:

• These packages are priced for residential single-family homes only. We do serve multi-family, commercial, and other properties — contact us for a custom quote instead.
• We are not a licensed tree service — Colorado Springs City Code (§5-64C) requires a licensed tree service to cut, prune, or remove any tree 15 feet or taller, so that work is outside our scope.
• We do not spray fire-retardant chemicals.
• We work from a ladder up to 26 feet — if thats not enough to safely get on to your roof please call instead of booking this package.
• Debris hauling covers only the flammable yard material we clear (pine needles, leaves, cones, dead grass and weeds, branches, brush, dead shrubs, bark mulch, and scrap wood) — not household trash, construction debris, or other non-flammable junk.
• We only perform the tasks listed as included in your package.
• We cannot make your home fireproof.
• We cannot remove trees tangled with power lines or otherwise unsafe to remove.
• We work from roofs only — we do not climb trees.
• We do not put out fires — we are not firefighters.
